Rumoured to have been titled 'The English Champagne' by Napoleon, perry is a majestic thing, with an incredibly rich history. Not only can perry pear trees grow to over 200 years old & be 4 storeys high, but the perry made from their juice can be a thing of incredible vibrancy & nuance.
