Sparkling Medium Sweet Fine Perry 

An orchard blend from the latter part of the season (October and November) which features a cast of high quality pears, some very rare: Oldfield, New Meadow, Claret, Blakeney Red, Hellens Green. The 2024 harvest gave fantastic quality but sadly a very small crop after a wet and cold April limited pollination during flowering.

This perry shows luxurious qualities that only the very finest naturally sweet perries like this can purvey; poached pear, sticky dates, sweet almond and icing sugar, stewed gooseberry acidity and herby aromatics. The sweetness, acidity and tannins are excellently balanced. Very drinkable and low in abv making it ideal for lunch. Alc. 4.1% vol.
