The blend reflects the latests harvests, featuring an acid-led cider from 2024 balanced with early 2025 fruit for sweetness and a hint of tannin. This young, spontaneously fermenting juice offers vibrant tropical flavours with notes of crisp apple and delicate tannin. Abv 5.5%.

This cider is crafted from hand-picked, unsprayed Exe Valley apples.  Nothing is added or removed—no added sugar, sulphites, yeast, or chemicals of any kind. By purchasing this can you are helping protect endangered orchard environments & plant more fruit trees.
