Sparkling Medium Dry Fine Cider

Perfectly ripe and aromatic, handpicked bittersweet and bittersharp varieties grown in the unsprayed orchards that are fostered in the Exe Valley by Polly & Mat. 90% of the blend is wild fermented varieties. Many are rare and unidentified but the known ones include Yarlington mill, Browns, Egglestone Styre and Golden Noble. The last 10% is freshly pressed juice from the earliest varieties of this year.

The bittersweet varieties give the cider structure and tannin while the bittersharps contribute the sherbety zestiness. It's unfiltered, unfined, contains no added sulphites, preservatives or additives.

A fruity, zesty cider with grapefruit pith, seville orange and apple on the palate that can be enjoyed on its own but has enough structure to pair well with spicy foods. Abv 5.6%.
