Medium Still Fine Cider
A celebration of the Yarlington Mill apple and the nursery-man, Harry Masters, who cultivated it for 30 years in the early 20th Century. This famous bittersweet cider apple has been blended with another apple known to the great apple grower, Harry Masters Jersey along with some Jonagold for balanced acidity. It's been fermented in beautiful Radoux French oak barrels.
Toffee, light oak & spice on the nose. A full-bodied, medium, smooth, creamy cyder, with a persistent astringency on the palate. Should be treated like a fine red wine. Enjoy with duck, chicken or game. Abv 7.2%.
