Still Medium Dry Fine Perry

Blakeney Red is typically very soft and gentle as a pear, so it is very drinkable and easy going and with a year in bottle has added a depth and interest which is really engaging.

Nose opens with caramel, poached pear, fresh pear, some herbal character. On the palate it's soft and rounded, a little residual sugar and gentle acidity. Good with fish dishes, poached oysters, roast chicken. Alc. 5.3%.
