This is a really special selection, showcasing an exceptional ice cider of Brännland, Sweden: apples that can be grown under near 24 hour sunlight, fermented under the aurora, on the Baltic seaboard in sub-arctic Sweden, creating the most incredible dessert wine like cider. Two other bottles come from Eden,  they have been making ice ciders in Northern Vermont since their very first harvest back in 2007, they use unique apple varieties grown by local, small-scale orchards, the juice is naturally cold-concentrated outdoors in a cold winter weather. 

Each of them is unique, bursting with all the complex flavours the apple can create, a wonderful combination of tart and sweet, holding a beautiful balance of succulent sweetness and acidity!
