Still Sweet Spiced Ice Cider

A blend of several vintages of ice cider, with apple brandy, distilled for Brännland by Tevsjö distillery, also of Sweden, & natural spices.

Bright amber with shades of gold, & on the nose luring cinnamon, cloves, anise, ginger, nutmeg & vanilla - pierced through by a basket of freshly harvested bergamot. The taste of ripe bergamot is elevated by the acidity, turning towards traditional Christmas species such as cinnamon & anise. All wrapped together with a bear hug of wintery apples & a delightful sweetness. Alc. 12 % vol.
