Dry Still Fine Cider

Oliver's Vintage Fine Cider is a cider blended from the best barrels from the 2022 harvest. This iteration is a selection of old American oak casks from the many types of whiskey there are in the United States, making it rich and heady. The charring, the oak barrel and the bittersweet apples bring a very different character to this cider. This is a memorable, engaging, dry, still cider.

On the nose ripe rich apple fruit and oak, in the taste, ripe rich oak infused decadence with clearly some spiritual fire with tannic notes and charred marmalade, toffee and raisin and a touch of vanilla. Alc. 9.5% vol.
