Cider Apple Eau de Vie

A wild yeast fermented single varietal Foxwhelp Cider, distilled with great love and care by Shaun Ward at Ludlow Distillery with his very precise Ulrich Kothe still. 

A punch of pure apple, shot through with strawberry maybe raspberry as the nose hairs vibrate. In the mouth a rich apple flavour with a creamy full texture and a warming swallow.
