Still Medium Dry Fine Perry

A Gin perry pear dominated perry, fermented and matured in old Rum casks. Bottled straight from the cask.

This Gin pear perry is made from fruit harvested from Whitehouse orchard in Preston Wynne, Herefordshire. 2023 was a poor sugar level but good crop of Gin perry pears.  On the nose, a citrus confection of pineapple sweetshop chunks, honey and elderflower with a rhubarb sherbet twang. Soft tannic structure with full bodied fruit and tangy acidity. Abv 5.3%.
