Perry Pear Eau de Vie

An incredibly rare thing, a Perry pear Eau de Vie, made from the fruit of old orchards. In so many ways a distillation of the region's rich history of perry making, and its unique pear varieties.

The juice was fermented slowly and matured for six months before distillation by Bristol’s Circumstance Distillery. The result is an incredibly smooth, full of fruit and wonderfully mellow spirit. It is un-aged, and youthful in character, but with the mature orchards its fruit originated from coming through in spades. Alc. 40% vol.
