Still Sweet Ice Cider

Sumptuous and succulent dessert wine like barrel aged Ice Cider; further aged to a total of 12 months in a barrel (compared to 2-3 months for their standard Ice Cider) making it darker in colour, as well as on the palate. 

This extra time softens & integrates the high acidity with the sweetness to create a deeper, more complex ice cider. Archetypally for Brannland, this is complex & has a wonderful balance between sweetness & acidity.

Ripe apples on the nose, notes of barrel but less wood & more clarity than previous vintages. Soft almond & madeleine cookie notes on the middle palate & a tight, relatively dry finish. It's a Magnum size bottle that comes presented in a wooden box. Alc. 11.5 % vol.
