VERY LIMITED EDITION RELEASE

A blend of hand picked Scottish eating & cooking apples varieties, spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks, ex-sherry barrels and a virgin Chestnut barrel, bottled Pet Nat Style.

The result is a light & wonderfully fresh cider, with green apple & elderflower on the nose, some lovely layered acidity, & the tiniest smidge of tannin to hold everything together. All complimented by a light natural sparkle, a hint of minerality and oaky flavours. Fermented with wild yeasts. Alc. 6.29 % vol.
