Sparkling Medium Cider

Tom has crafted a new batch of our beloved Guilty Pleasure Cider, skillfully blending bittersharp and bittersweet cider apples from Herefordshire. This is a complex cider that offers a delightfully evolving experience.

With a beautiful deep brass colour, it presents a richer, spicy nose with subtle hints of clove. The palate offers a lovely texture and stewed apple sweetness, with a zesty little twist.  This iteration is fuller and spicier, a robust cider perfect for the season, delivering warming autumn fruit notes. 

Originally inspired by the delicious, anarchic beauty of street food, this is the cold one Anthony Bourdain would have reached for if he had been a cider drinker, according to Tom. It pairs exceptionally well with heat and spice, making it great with kebabs, Thai, Indian, and Mexican food, as well as BBQ. It would also be lovely with seasonal dishes like roast squash, risotto, or rich pasta. Alc. 5.8%
