Naturally Sparkling Medium Sweet Fine Cider

Fieldfare is a keeved cider made with the latest ripening apples hanging on a small selection of intensely flavourful bittersharp cider apple trees whose fruit was only perfectly ripe when the weather finally turned frosty in December 2023. At this point in the season Fieldfares flock to the orchards to devour the remaining fruit, but the intensity of the acidity and tannins in these apples meant they were left untouched. An exotic but refreshing fruit profile with flavours of pineapple, apple, passion fruit and citrus. This is made to glug on its own but often Find & Foster keeved ciders always pair well with blue cheese, spicy foods and this would work well with desserts such as rice pudding or panna cotta.
