Sparkling Medium Fine Cider

A Bottle Conditioned Cider made from the finest bittersweet apples of the 2024 season, including Yarlington Mill, Michelin, Frederick, and Dabinett apples; all of which contribute to its superb flavour. Fermentation is completed in the bottle, giving a great pop on opening. Expect a nose of yeast, funk, and ripe apple. The flavour delivers a rich, spicy leather note overlaid with satsuma and red ripe apple, finished with an autumnal orchard creamy fizz. A superb match for roast pork. Alc. 5.3% vol.
