Sweet Keeved Fine Perry

A keeved perry from a blend of perry pears from old Herefordshire orchards. Crucially the orchards are decades old, some of them 70 years old, the age is key in making a successful keeve perry like this. 

A citrus filled unctuous perry full of ripe sweet pear and bright complementary acidity. Melon and Honey and Pear everywhere. Excellent with blue cheese and Parma ham. Alc 3.7% vol.
