Single Variety Still Apple Juice

The Jonagold apples are grown at Clayton farm just outside Rye in Sussex. The farm is a mixed farm of sheep and apples. These apples are grown as part of a larger production of Jonagolds and Jonagold red varieties that are grown specifically for juice. Claytons apple juice was started in 2018 as a small batch production. All the apples are specially selected according to their sugar content and picked by hand. The fruit is then pressed, pasteurised, and bottled with nothing added and no added sugar.

A light pale juice with a gentle acidity well balanced with its natural sweetness. This still juice offers up delicious cosiness and notes of honey and fresh grapes fused into a tangy flavour that is super pleasing and very moorish. Best served over ice or chilled.
