Pétillant Naturel Medium Dry Fine Cider

To create this bottle Polly & Mat picked & pressed a blend of perfectly ripe sharp, sweet, and bittersweet apples from the orchards they foster in the Exe Valley, all selected for their aromatic qualities.

Fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel, the aim was to create a rounded, balanced, aromatic, pure, naturally sparkling, medium dry pet nat with body, subtle tannic grip, and a refreshing acidity. 

Flavours of orange and grapefruit pith, wild herbs and soft tannins on the tongue, stone fruits on the nose. This is a good food friendly bottle that cuts through food with a lovely fat content but also pairs well with soft cheeses. Made in collaboration with Tate Modern to celebrate The London Cider Salon 2024.  Alc. 6 % vol
