Sparkling Medium Fine Perry
 
Red Pear is a beloved Herefordshire variety that features in John Evelyn's Pomona of 1662 and has been grown here generation after generation ever since, with trees planted on the Johnson's family farm in 1987. The perry it makes is soft and delicate, with creamy, nutty and floral flavours.
 
The 2025 vintage is exceptional; harvested early in September due to the hot summer, this Red Pear has more intensity, vibrancy and flavour than usual. Juicy fruit pastels and pear blossom. Alc. 6.9% vol.
