Sparkling Medium Fine Perry

This exceptional perry is made by Eric Bordelet in the south of Normandy on the Armorican Massif, extending from Domfrontais to the outermost borders of the Mayenne and the Orne. The land is composed of schists and sedimentary rocks dating back to the pre-Cambrian period three million years ago. The granite and broken schists form a complex soil and sub-soil that provides the foundation for the terrain. The trees are around 350 years old. 

A beguiling pale yellow colour with fine bubbles and a delicate nose of conference and williams pears. It is bright in the mouth with an initial hint of sweetness more than balanced by the zesty acidity. Chalky flavours with notes of fresh herbs, mint and quince. It is refreshing, wonderfully complex and fit for any occasion, and certain to delight anybody. Alc. 4.5% vol.
