Pet Nat Medium Dry Fine Cider

A field blend of fruit from old trees whose concentration leads to incredible depth of flavour and intense aroma, balancing varieties with bold yet soft tannins and bright, citrussy acidity to create a pet nat that's moreish and fruit-forward.

Some unusual varieties are un-named from this Devon orchard, others are more recognisable like these bittersweet varieties Bulmers Norman and Yarlington Mill. Vibrant stone fruit aromas, particularly apricot and peach, which complement fresh, crunchy yellow apple and citrus on the palate and delicate bitter tannins. Alc. 6.5% vol.
