Traditional Method Dry Sparkling Fine Cider

Le Clos is Naughton cider company's purest expression, crafted from a single walled orchard and vintage. This 0.35 hectare, south-facing orchard has been protected by it's wall since 1900, ensuring perfect ripeness. Vinified and aged in ex-Champagne oak barrels for 10 months, the cider matures for at further 44 months in bottle, developing exceptional depth and complexity.

Le Clos 2020 shines a glowing gold with a stream of tiny bubbles. The nose shows an elegance and beauty alongside richness and depth. The palate is crisp, lively and rich with notes of green apple, toffee, vanilla and honey. The finish is bright, saline and complex linking the oak with ripe fruit, spices and herbs. Abv 8.3%
