Lightly Sparkling Medium Dry Fine Perry

Green Horse is a pear grown and fermented in the Three Counties region since at least 1886. Producing vigorous trees, it quickly became a popular variety, but is now critically endangered due to its susceptibility to fireblight damage. Where it survives, it produces wonderful pears.

Full of citrus zip, limey acidity, the tart and tangy flavour of this variety is unmistakable and produces a memorable perry. This is a naturally medium dry bottling from the exceptional 2025 vintage. Alc. 6.5% vol.
