Still, Bone Dry Fine Cider

A complex & full flavoured cider built around the Stable Jersey apple - a very tannic cider apple variety that is certainly too much to handle by itself!

In 2021, with slightly smaller crops in their own orchards, Wilding set to exploring some interesting traditional orchards for additional fruit. Cooth orchard is certainly a curiosity - an old farm orchard which outlives the farmhouse and buildings which were lost in a fire last century. 

Very full tannins which are compact and astringent, quite crunchy, very good quality. It really opens up with a bit of air. Classic bittersweet aromas of ripe fruit, orchard floor, spice, leather. A food friendly cider that would suit dishes that are as intense as the cider. Alc. 7.4%.
