A bottle conditioned, single variety cider. Gorgeous, complex aromas of forest floor, cloves, straw, barrel smoke and maple cured bacon are just the start. The palate is equally intense and alluring with its deeply sappy apple, orange marmalade, brandied apricot and grilled peach flavours. Its softly sparkling and softly tannic, with impressive length across the palate. Alc. 7.9% vol.
