Sparkling Dry Traditional Method Fine Cider
Gospel Green has been produced using the 'Champagne Method' for making their cider in Hampshire since the 1990s becoming a pioneer in the UK for this style of modern cider making and as such they follow the production process as closely as possible. The only difference being they use apple juice as opposed to grape juice!
A perfect balance of soft, creamy acid and gentle, grippy astringency. There are notes of mineralogy and stone fruit all the way through to the finish. Hints of green apples and toasted brioche can be found on the finish. The bubble consistence lasts the glass and is light and delicate in the mouth. Abv 8.4%
