Instead of sherry or port, we have Tom Oliver's new but historic Royal Cider, with origins dating back to 1674 - think of it like a semi-dry sherry. And finally, for Boxing Day, savour an elegant, succulent low alcohol fine perry, ideal with a hangover, or paired with those leftovers. The Ice Cider, Pommeau & Royal cider are all richer, stronger drinks around 20%, and they all keep well once opened, allowing you to savour them throughout the entire Christmas holidays.
