Sparkling Fine Cider

Another new release, another concept, from the brilliant Little Pomona! This time the aim was to capture the essence of the 2019 harvest. What shone through was the early variety, Browns Apple; beautiful, fully ripe fruit that came in before the rains, supplemented by 3 of the later varieties; Dabinett & Harry Masters Jersey, carefully selected from Little Pomona's home orchard, & Yarlington Mill from 80 year old trees on a nearby farm. Slight funk on the nose but underneath bright yellow fruit & flowers. On the palate it has citrus up front before the richness of the late varieties & the barrels kick in to round it all out. 7% abv.
