Lightly Sparkling Dry Fine Cider

Cider is a winter drink: the harvest has just finished, the farm is quiet. It's time to sit beside the fire and savour the flavours of a job well done. Comforting, warming, delicious, this is a single variety Dabinett cider made in 2024, fermented in oak barrels, bottled pet nat when it was young, fresh and bursting with life.

This is a moreish expression of Dabinett; full of flavour, with cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and orange all swirling around the mouth, faux sweetness balanced by the gorgeous soft tannins of ultra ripe fruit. Alc. 8.4% vol.
