Naturally Sparkling Dry Fine Perry

A sleek elegant & aromatic perry that oozes creamy ripe pear fruit – the whole fruit that is, flesh, skins & core - along with distinct lime leaf, aniseed, kiwi & melon. It has a hint of tannin, & its gentle sparkle & soft acid rounds things out beautifully.

Equal parts Long Bois, Antricotin & Faucett pears from Throne Farm in Weobley, Herefordshire. Wonderful with lightly spiced fare. Light residual sweetness pairs well with sushi & tempura dishes. Young goats cheese or Lancashire-style cheese. There is some sediment here so chill upright and pour it clean. Alc. 6.6% vol.
