Sparkling Medium Dry Fine Perry

A blend of mid season perry pears from Throne farm in Herefordshire, this perry fermented slowly in a collection of ex Whiskey & Sherry casks before being bottled Pet Nat to finish the fermentation in bottle in the depths of winter of 2021. 

The bottles were left alone to ferment and rest on the lees for 22 months prior to disgorgement in September 2023. 

On the nose, beautiful notes of sun kissed raisins. A soft flavour of hay and green pears in the mouth. This is great table perry and can match a variety of foods, from mussels to cheeses. Alc. 7.4% vol.
