Sparkling Dry Fine Cider

This is Little Pomona’s take on a youthful, new season cider. Using Discovery apples, which are among the first to ripen in the UK, their Disco Nouveau showcases the Discovery apple in its youthful, juiciest form.

This year's version is from the immense 2025 vintage, with supercharged flavours from the prolonged sunshine in the summer. It has a lively strawberry element which is countered by a warm, baked and more mellow character of peach and apricot. A pet nat cider, with a creamy texture, it has a gentle sparkle and a little residual sweetness, to keep it well balanced, accessible and very food friendly. Try with spicy food, or something with a little char of an early season barbecue. Alc. 7.2% vol.
