Made up from a blend of 25% Dabinett 23’ Windfalls 25% Gilly 21’ and
50% Dabinett 24’ all grown on the Townsend farm in Herefordshire. All apples pressed individually and naturally fermented separately then blended and added some Jonagold juice to condition. Fermented with wild yeast. Abv 6%
