Still Medium Dry Fine Perry 

An orchard blend made from Blakeney Red, Holmer, Hellens Green, White Longdon, Taynton Squash, Oldfield, Pine, Pint, Moorcroft, New Meadow, Claret, Barnett & Yellow Huffcap pears. It shows the diversity of the very special 110 year old orchard at Perry House Farm in Somerset. 

The result is refined, complex & simply delicious. This is a still perry with just the tiniest prickle on the tongue. Aromas of gooseberry, elderflower, pear drops, & poached pear. A slight sweetness from the sorbitol which balances very well with savoury, umami rich foods. Alc. 7.1%.
