Sparkling Medium Fine Cider

This bottle conditioned cider honours those made in the 1600's in Herefordshire, using vintage Herefordshire Cider apples & blending the best of the 2022 seasons harvest; this sparkling cider uses old language to describe the most modern of drinks. 

Nicely chilled, it opens with a fine nittiness and whizz of bright gold cider. On the nose there’s slate and spice with clove and orange blossom that mingle with a little tobacco. In the mouth ripe red apple flecked with liquorice and leather. The residual sweetness and bitterness of these excellent cider apples makes this cider both engaging and refreshing.  Alc. 5.0% vol.
