Sparkling Dry Fine Perry 

New Meadow is a wonderful but elusive pear - not widely planted and shy with its fruit. The delicate flesh, thin skins and late ripening make it hard to get to the press. 2022 rewarded Wilding with a super crop, enough for a small tank of single variety perry.

Bottled as a pet nat, this is a delicate, fragrant perry with a soft sparkle, a tiny bit of residual sugar and a lovely tension from the delicate tannins. 

This is a floral, fragrant perry. In the mouth there is a delicious tension between the acid, the minerality, the soft tannins and the tiny bit of residual sugar. Aromas of rosewater, honeydew melon, white peach and white grape. The light sparkle makes this an excellent aperitif and will easily be a great accompaniment to the dinner table. Alc. 6.7%.
