Sparkling Pet Nat Dry Fine Cider
In 2004 Oronce de Beler decided to leave Paris and his marketing job at La Revue du Vin de France and pursue his dream of making wine and cidre in Burgundy. Oronce is emphatic on the point that he does what is best for his cidres: he doesn't add yeast, because it’s better for the aromas, the cidres are not fined, not filtered, and are manually bottled. His wines & cidres are pure with aromatic precision and energy.
Coming from old orchards located in the town of Cambremer, in the heart of the pays d’Auge. It is aged for two years before release. Deeper and brooding with a deep amber colour and notes of ripe golden apples, aromatic spice and candied ginger.
