This naturally sparkling perry is made from a rare single variety of pear called Hendre Huffcap grown by farmer & friend of Little Pomona, Guy Thomson of Lyde Farm near Hereford.

Perry pears can be a real rainbow of aromatic and flavour sensations, Hendre Huffcap is the very epitome of pear, fragrant, juicy, sweet and softly textured. This has aromas of honey and hay, fresh pear lift out of the bottle, in the mouth it's all super concentrated pear fruit with a creaminess before an electric zing of acidity appears.
