Gold Rush celebrating its 10th iteration. A cider blended with Ryan Burk, now of Occam Cider in the Hudson Valley in New York. It celebrates the many wonderful possibilities of tannic cider fermented by wild yeasts in oak barrels.
A dark bright molasses amber colour, autumnal fruit with a touch of funk on the nose, tasting of rich, ripe apple with seville orange marmalade and a touch of oak barrel. A wonderful mouthful of rich, orange citrus, tannic cider. Alc. 6.5% vol.
