Sparkling Dry Fine Cider

 Unfiltered, wild fermented, full juice, fine cider in a can.Founded on the attributes of the Michelin apple to produce a full bodied cider but with a gentle astringency and dryness that when fully fermented is fruity and engaging. This latest iteration of the blend comes in new cans, with the labels printed directly onto the can itself; so they are even easier to recycle. 

Bright in colour, touch more mature than the previous batches, so tasting fuller. Notes of mandarin pith and stone plum fruit. Fully fermented with a drying fruity apple finish All kept vibrant by the bright acidity & carbonation. Alc. 6.3% vol.
