Maker Jamie Hall decided to showcase apple varieties for their own, unique properties, rather than just blending everything together; hand picking & fresh pressing his fruit each season. 

Discovery apples are among the first to ripen in the UK, these pink-fleshed apples;  these pink-fleshed apples, this distinct, vibrant, pink-fleshed variety offers a sweet and tangy flavor with notable strawberry notes.

The result is an elegant, single variety apple juice, with a wonderful developing aftertaste. No sugar is added.
