Sparkling Medium Perry

A very, very, very rare single variety perry made with Coppy perry pears; a variety that was rediscovered by Tom Oliver! After a single adult tree - the only one  known to exist in the world - was certified as indeed the Coppy, some young trees were grafted, & this is the Perry made from these young trees as well as the old dame.

Melon and subtle pineapple on the nose. Taste is full in the mouth with viscosity and full of melon, pineapple and assorted confectionary as the sweet shop door caught as the shop door swings shut. Mellow tannin and tingling acidity. Alc. 8.4% vol.
