This blend is aimed at exploring the fruitier, drier side of cider, that naturally pairs with traditional farmhouse cheddar cheeses.
Herefordshire, where Oliver's is based, is a region that knows good cheese, and it's a natural combination, one well known to cider makers & dating back centuries - drinking their ciders with the local cheeses.
This iteration centres around three famous cider apples, the Yarlington Mill with its floral spice and bitter fruitiness, Foxwhelp with bright citrus acidic zing and some barrel aged Michelin cider for added structure and depth. This all wraps together wonderfully like a clothbound farmhouse cheddar. Abv 6%.
