Perry Pear Eau de Vie

Wild yeast fermented blend of perry pears, distilled with great love and care by Shaun Ward at Ludlow Distillery with his very precise Ulrich Kothe still.

Clouds of sweet pear rises first followed by that distillation punch of alcohol. A rich pear flavour, a wonderful creamy texture with a soft warm swallow. Drink neat ideally from  a narrow, tulip shaped glass, such as a grappa glass, sherry copa or small wine glass, or try it in a cocktail, pomme royale, twist on Negroni or French 75. Alc. 42% vol
