Sparkling Dry Fine Cider

Kingston Black is one of the world's greatest cider apples. A legendary bittersharp, it produces a complex, full bodied drink. Flavours of orange wine gums, frangipane, dried apricots, and rounded out with gentle tannins to finish.

This very special bottling was made possible by a fruit exchange between Ross On Wye and James at Little Pomona, who sourced apples from Hill Farm near Hereford. A great cider for rich savoury food. Alc. 6% vol.
