Naturally Sparkling Medium Fine Cider

A keeved cider made at the end of harvest 2024 using late ripening fruit dominated by fruit from the orchard at Huxham. Typical of previous Huxham's the '24 has a refreshing acidity and slightly less sweetness than previous vintages. Bottled during the cold snap in January.

Bright golden colour, rich stewed apple pudding on the nose, fresh apple on the palette with a caramelised apple finish. Light tongue puckering tannins. A lovely companion to smoked fish, Devonian blue cheeses. Alc. 5.5% vol.
