Still Dry Fine Cider
A blend of Harry Masters Jersey, Stoke Red, Bisquet, Yarlington Mill, Browns Apple, Dabinett, Le Bret, Dove, Egremont Russet & Sweet Coppin.
Fermented in stainless steel with 25% of the total matured in old oak casks, with extended bottle maturation. The nose has beehive, flowers and orchard floor. On the palate this is light with fresh acid character, astringent tannin and a long finish. As usual this cider is from traditional orchards, hand picked fruit, wild yeasts only and no additives. Alc. 7.7%
