Sparkling Dry Fine Cider

This is Little Pomona’s take on a youthful, new season cider; and their annual take on Discovery apples. Discovery apples are among the first to ripen in the UK, & are joined here by a small component of precious Foxwhelp; to amp up the acid & red fruit elements of the cider, before bottling pet nat style. Disco Nouveau showcases the Discovery apple in its purest form, you can expect gorgeous aromas of sweet shop strawberry and it's all citrus & crisp red apples skin in the mouth with a gorgeous touch of salinity, keeping it very much on the grown up side of things.  Alc. 6.2% vol.
